In 2025, for the year 2024, SAFRAM achieved a score of 89/100 on the professional gender equality index, marking a +36 points increase compared to 2023 (53/100). 📊
This significant progress is the result of a reinforced gender equality policy, with concrete actions to promote a fair and balanced workplace. And it worked! 💡
🔎 Established by the French Government, it measures gender equality in companies based on key criteria: pay gaps, promotions, individual raises, salary increases after maternity leave, and representation of women among the highest salaries.
This result encourages us to keep moving forward, with the ambition of getting as close as possible to 100 points. Our commitment continues! 💪
